Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 7 to 12 days to arrive at their destination in the United States but can take longer from time to time. Shipping times can vary depending on locations and may take longer due to customs clearance.

The Lorena Guarantee is what sets us apart from the rest. It entitles you to a one-time repair or replacement of the piece -free of charge within the first year of ownership. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.
